Sccope of Work: Permitting, site work and construction of 21,000 sqft, 3 story office building.
Scope of Work: Nine bay strip center on Ramsey Street, 14,440 square feet, our involvement included design, site work, and construction.
Scope of Work: Complete upfit of empty shell space to include a drive-through system. This +/-1,400 square foot space was a design/build project, we assisted with site location, plans, permitting and the issuance of the certificate of occupancy.
